Further Company brings to you its (Software), FitRabbit (Applications or App), content, products, and other services. ‘Platform’ shall collectively mean the proprietary Fitness Platform including but not limited to online website under the domain name https://www.fitrabbit.in and mobile applications under the brand name ‘FitRabbit’ to deliver prompt access to fitness data so You can track Your development, push your bounds and regulate Your fitness routine.

You may need your own account to use certain products or services provided by our company, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Immediately notify the company of any unauthorized use of Your Account Information or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from Your Account at the end of each session. Our company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You may be held liable for losses incurred by our company or any other user of or visitor to the Website due to authorized or unauthorized use of Your Account as a result of your failure in keeping Your Account Information secure and confidential.
We try our level best to transact or give services smoothly on our app/website or services provided by our company but in some corner there may arrive some disputes among buyers and sellers. Disputes are filed as a result of a disagreement between the Buyer and the Seller. Disputes arise out of an issue that is raised by either party not being completely satisfied with the resolution of their complaint/issue such as Damaged or Seal broken on Product, Wrong item received, Part/Accessory missing, Seller Description/Specification Wrong, Defective (Functional issues), Product not working and Manufacturer claims invalid Invoice etc. It is important that before a Buyer/Seller raises a dispute, they should attempt to solve the issue and we have a Dispute Resolution process in order to resolve disputes between Buyers and Sellers. We promise to give the best services with the right product, in the right time but there may be very less circumstances where buyers may face problems. Cancellations of any order are not allowed on our app/website. Refunds are allowed on failed bill payment/recharge/reload/top up, you may need to contact your telecom operator provider for more help. FitRabbit offers its users loyalty points in various forms for their regular and continuous use of the FitRabbit App. These loyalty points are provided for performing various actions on the FitRabbit App. These loyalty points are rewarded purely for the regular use of the FitRabbit App and the FitRabbit App does not permit any purchase or accrual of these loyalty points in any other way. These loyalty points may be redeemed by Users to participate in various rewards/offers that are run by the fitrabbit App for all users from time to time.
FitRabbit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of these types of loyalty points, including the number of such loyalty points received in proportion to the User’s activities. Further, FitRabbit reserves the right to disqualify any User, who does not meet the offer requirements or for any other reason including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations, from receiving any loyalty points. FitRabbit also reserves the right to discontinue or change or issue any new form of loyalty points offered at any time, at its sole discretion. FitRabbit may also at its discretion specify an expiry period for the loyalty points.
